A hackerspace in the basement of the Woodbine Experimental Autonomy Hub is my current obsession. The Are.na channel Phantasm Utility documents our work building a CNC that Prints Wood and my Platonic Network Philosophical Toy; the CAST Symposium channel collects my research for MIT's Unfolding Intelligence symposium.
Grey Room no. 74 hosts "The Science of Fun and The War on Poverty." Taper no. 8 hosts "8-Fold BEFLIX Circle Dot Cyclops." The dissertation is open access: "Cybernetic Child Psychology: A Genealogy of the User."
I currently teach the practice-based Methods in Media Studies course at NYU. As Mellon Postdoctorcal Fellow with MIT's Center for Art Science and Technology, I taught Architecture as Media Theory and Modern Art and Mass Culture.
